Several years ago I was married to a chef. I heard the term 86’d throughout his career and thought it fitting to start a company after this professional kitchen term which means to cancel something, get rid of something, eject someone, or refuse service. This is what he ultimately did to me, but that story is in a book I wrote. The link is below if you are interested.

Owning a restaurant is no walk in the park, but neither are relationships, having children, or life. Which is why I like to find the humor in all of it, and sometimes the sad and painful as well.

You may or may not agree with my opinions or thoughts, and that’s okay. If you gain just one thing from reading any of my posts, than mission accomplished.
